Helping Hands Care Services can help with cleaning, personal care, respite care (including sleepovers), welfare checks, medication prompts, meal preparation, transport and shopping.
Our care staff are medically trained and can work with mental health and other complex issues.
Government Aged Care Services
Helping Hands Care Services is a registered My Aged Care provider of the following services:
- Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Helps senior Australians access entry-level support services to live independently and safely at home and can include - A Home Care Package
Depending on the level of Home Care Package you receive, you can get assistance with a range of different services, including; personal care, meal and food preparation, cleaning and laundry.
Before you can access government subsidised aged care services for the first time, you need to apply for an assessment with My Aged Care.
